How can I change the display of my Conversagent from floating pop-up chat into an embedded in-the-page chat?

1. Disable the pop-up embed — In your theme customizer, go to App Embeds, find Conversagent, and toggle it OFF.
2. Add the embedded chat block — In the same customizer sidebar, click Add block and choose Conversagent. Place the block in the section where you want the chat to appear (e.g. product info, footer).
3. Position the chat — Drag the Conversagent block up or down in the sidebar to adjust its position on the page. Or, hover over the chat window in the preview and click the arrows to move it to the previous/next spot.
4. Save and publish — Click Save in the top-right of the theme customizer, then Publish your theme changes.

Now your chat will appear as an embedded widget instead of a floating pop-up.
