Conversagent isn't appearing at all on my store – what do I do?

For the floating pop-up version, ensure Conversagent is toggled ON in your theme's App Embeds section. If using Conversagent as a block, add only one block per page and turn App Embeds OFF (both cannot be used simultaneously).

Additional troubleshooting steps:

• If visible in theme preview, click Save before exiting
• Try toggling the app off/on, clearing cache and cookies, or resetting via admin dashboard
• Disable other apps individually to identify conflicts - particularly other widgets or pop-ups, as outdated apps may interfere with Conversagent's code
