Can I download or export Conversations people have had with Conversagent?

Need to keep a record of past conversations? Conversagent makes it easy to export your chat history for analysis or archiving.

How to Export

1. Navigate to the Admin Portal — Go to the Conversations section.
2. Set Your Time Frame — Choose the date range for the conversations you want to download.
3. Export as CSV — In the top-right menu, click Export As → .csv.

Your selected conversations will be exported as a CSV file, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other tool that supports CSV format.
