Clevertar has helped Maven deploy their newest team member ‘May’.
Maven is a professional service provider for corporates and communities seeking to improve their inclusion and diversity practices. They aim to break down barriers to inclusion into the corporate and cultural space, while also creating employment opportunities for people with disability.
May was designed by disability inclusion experts to help businesses quickly and simply evaluate their accessibility and inclusion practices. She is excited to assist Maven to positively change how society views people with disability.
Eva Purvis, who lives with learning disabilities, is one of the designers. “It gets people thinking differently because it covers things like the physical environment, attitudes people have and cultural issues,” she said.
“It’s a way of checking in and then [the employer] can decide how to go about getting additional assistance.”
